We really like Macintosh computers and feel that the longer you can use them, the better it is for us. No, we won't make as many sales, but we will have happier, problem-free clients. Plus, you can give a quick call with your concerns after your warranty has expired, and there will be no charge for the support. We are U.S based and have actual experience with the products not just good at typing questions into a database. And most of the time, you can just drop by! No need to make an appointment days in advance and drive round trip for more than an hour.
