We offer full computer configuration, data transfer (Mac or PC), simplifying system, installing of software and hardware as well as individual tutorial classes for new Macintosh computers, and "after the sale" tutorials for those who need more help.
Basic Training
Basic Training consists of the operating system as well as general information on Apple software. Topics covered are e-mail, Internet, pictures, word processing, and music, as well as others. Ask about other applications from which we are familiar. You can set up an appointment for onsite help.
Rates
For support at our store, our hourly rate is $85.00. Setting up and configuring single new user with software install and basic tutorial is from $150.00 - $195 without transfer. Additional users $50.00 are each.
